Kamaria Muntu, founder, editor and publisher of Femficātiō, is a Black American multidisciplinary artist, womanist and mother whose poetry and essays have been featured in Call and Response: The Riverside Anthology of the African American Literary Tradition; A Lime Jewel: An Anthology of Poetry and Short Stories in Aid of Haiti; Phati’tude Literary Journal; Stand our Ground: Poems for Trayvon Martin & Marissa Alexander; GIS Watch; Decolonial Passage, Fertile Ground: Memories and Visions; Intersectionality in Social Work: Activism and Practice in Context; The Journal of Pan African Studies and countless other publications. She has read at Arts Festivals and literary venues throughout the US and UK. A connoisseur of good writing, music and art; she loves the sea, singing, and every beautiful thing.
